Frequently Asked Questions

  1. Why haven’t I received my debit card?

    The processing time for the debit cards is normally between 14 and 45 days.  Your debit card cannot be processed until all of your supporting documentation has been received and is correct.  To submit your documents, go to the Tools submenu on the left side of your back office and click on “Upload Documents.” The bank we have chosen takes the time to ensure everything is accurate for the safety of all parties involved.  The debit card will be mailed directly to you from the bank.  Please take note that P.O. boxes are not accepted without a physical address provided, as well.

  2. People are missing from my down line?

    If you find that you are missing any members from your business, you can submit a customer service inquiry by asking Mr. V under the Contact Us tab or Support under the Help menu.  Providing as much information as possible, i.e., members’ names, in your message will enable us to serve you more efficiently.  Please allow 24-48 hours for a customer service representative to contact you back.

  3. I am unable to reach a member of my downline with the information provided.

    While V Network strives to ensure that all information is accurate, it is reasonable to expect some information will be incorrect or incomplete, depending on the details provided during their sign-up process.

  4. Who are the paid members in my down line?

    To view a list of your paid members, click on Genealogy List under the Compensation Overviews submenu. The members listed are paid members.

  5. What position am I in the matrix?

    Once our finance department verifies your payment, the system will automatically load you into the matrix/business center on the next available position from top to bottom, left to right. If you want to view your business center, you can go to Income Center under the Compensation Overviews submenu in your back office.

  6. How often are the payouts done on the programs?

    Current payout information is announced on webinars. Please attend.

  7. I’ve lost my login information?

    Select Lost Password on the V Network Members login page and your login information will be sent to your account email address on file.

  8. Why do the programs keep changing?

    Our programs are constantly being reviewed and updated to provide our customers with the highest profitability.

  9. Do I have my own PSI agent calling referrals on my behalf?

    Typically, you will be working with the agent who assisted you coming into your business.  However, to serve you better, there may be multiple agents working on your account at any given time.  All of our agents are trained professionals with the same goal – making sales for you.

  10. I purchased programs under 4s2s.  What similar program covers my purchase for that time?

    The database of our members of 4s2s was merged over to VNetwork all of your purchased programs are based on the compensation plan as outlined in 4s2s.
