At V Network we are committed to providing a service of exceptional quality. In the event you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact V Network customer service prior to contacting your credit card company, this document explains our refund policy.
V Network members’ request for a refund will be honored within 30 days of the purchase date for the following reasons only:
- Error made in Order Processing
- Wrong products shipped
- Wrong quantity shipped
- Incorrect registration number
- Duplication of product ordered
For your refund request consideration, you must send an email to email@example.com within 30 days from purchase date.
Please include the following information in the body of your email:
- Order Number
- Date the product was ordered
- Name of our product that you have purchased
- Quantity and other type of product identification
- Please describe the issue and/or reasons why you no longer want the product.
Upon receipt of your request, all eligible refunds will receive a credit within 7 to 10 business days. Due to billing cycles, the refund may not appear on the same credit card statement as the original charge.
Please note that, except for the reasons listed above, V Network carries a no-refund policy on their software or products.
